BODYLINE HAUL: Bloomers, nails, eyelashes, and a purse!

Hello there~ I am finally tending to this mini Bodyline haul/first impression review I should have done weeks ago but I was too busy. ;~; welp
Lil’ disclaimer: This is not a full review, just a little haul. So there aren’t going to be worn pictures of anything! I’m just saying my first impression/thoughts of the items.
Shipping: So on September 17th (a Wednesday) I placed a purchase on these items during Bodyline’s ongoing free AIR shipping promo. Because of how I placed an order after Tuesday, the order took a few days to ship out.  According to the tracking, it shipped out on September 19th and it arrived to my designated address on October 6th, but because of how that address isn’t my actual address, I was not able to be there to take the package so they sent it back to the post office. For the longest time I was confused because the tracking number said “retention” and nothing else and I didn’t understand what that meant at that time so I didn’t know it was in the post until my mom, over a week later, remembered that the post man left a note to pick up the package, -.- welp. Anyway, in short, I was finally able to get my items on October 15th.
Packaging: The packaging wasn’t anything special, everything came in a medium grey bag. Only the bloomers and the purse was wrapped in their own clear plastic bags. Other than that, the two pairs of falsies and false nails were just thrown in there.
The haul:
So I got the pan026 bloomers in off-white (owh)
Stock photo:
These bloomers were $16 but because I used the yen currency, it was ¥1,199
My photo
I wanted bloomers to wear under a dress for a future convention to prevent discomfort while walking for long periods of time, so how they looked wasn’t a huge factor but I also wanted casual looking bloomers to wear as shorts for other styles (fairy kei, maybe? IDK).
Close up of the material
The material threw me off slightly because I didn’t expect polka dots on it (the stock photos aren’t clear enough). The material isn’t too rough, it’s still cheap but it won’t cause discomfort or irritate/cause thigh rub. The bloomers come with adjustable ribbons at both the waist and legs.
The sizing: Bloomers measurements: Length 36cm, Waist 60-100cm
The bloomers surprisingly “fit.” I am able to pull and wear them over my hips (actually I had a bit of a struggle pulling them over my butt but I finally loosened them up enough). My measurements below/under my stomach is 123 cm and my measurements on the widest part of my hips is 130 cm; as you can see, these bloomers stretch a lot.  However, if I was a centimeter or two less I would be able to pull them up with ease. The leg part (holes?) of the bloomers has elastic and stretches wide enough to fit on my thighs. The bloomers themselves are long enough on me to prevent thigh rub.
The next two items I got were two pairs of falsies - eye237 andeye518
Stock photos
These two pairs were $1 each but with the yen trick they were ¥80 each
My photos
From what I can tell, both pairs come with their own glue. They both have a very simple but cute design and they do stand out. I don’t have any close up worn pictures of either but I do have a picture of me wearing eye237 with my Halloween costume.
The false nails - nail056
Stock Photo
These nails were $1 or ¥80
My photo
I love these nails so much but I haven’t worn them yet ;~; They came with their own glue and they seem to be medium length so they aren’t too long. I’m hoping to use these nails eventually.
Finally, the purse - bag144 in red (ora)
Stock photo
The bag was $9 or ¥639.

So, I noticed they didn’t stuff the bag with anything to prevent it from awkwardly folding/deflating and wrinkling. The straps were also heavily wrinkled, but I guess that’s to be expected from the material (it’s a very.. backpack? type of material). Originally, I wanted the blue version of this and I even had it in my cart ready to go and about to purchase it (along with another set of nails) BUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TRANSACTION I NOTICED THE BAG WAS MISSING AND SO WERE THE NAILS. SOMEONE BOUGHT THEM BEFORE I COLD PRESS PURCHASE. I WAS SAD. Anyway, I just settled with the red colorway because the only other color that was in stock was pink and it didn’t stand out. *sigh* But blue is back in stock so I might buy it again ughhh
Anyway, that’s it to my haul! In the end, I’ve spent ¥2,078 or $19.95 (my total would’ve been $28, had I not done the yen trick - so I saved $8.05). I regret nothing.
I hope this helped a little to people looking into these bloomers or Bodyline bloomers in general. There isn’t much online to help understand the sizing of Bodyline bloomers so I was surprised that these bloomers stretched out +30cm more than their stated max size.
I will eventually do another quick Bodyline first impression of shoes I got weeks ago and in the next couple of weeks I will do a first impression (or possible review if it fits) of a Bodyline dress I ordered a few days ago

[SPONSORED] DOLLDEARSHOP REVIEW: Flower Bun Crown

Hello, everybody! It’s been a while since my last review but I’m back to do a sponsored review of a flower bun crown from (recently renamed) store called DollDearShop, previously known as DollDearCloset, It is a handmade goods shop as well as a closet shop so you should check them out because they have a wide variety of flower crowns and accessories!
~ Review below the cut ~
Story time (this can be skipped): A while back when I first got into being a fashion blogger or reviewer or whatever you want to call me, I saw that Karen on tumblr was offering sponsorships so I figured, why the hell not, and gave her my email. She emailed me on July 24th and we were discussing business, however, I could not give her my address because I was moving. Weeks later (probably one or two), I was finally able to give her a shipping address but I never received a reply through email nor when I messaged her on tumblr as of August 7th so I thought the partnership was off and just left it at that. Fast forward to October 3rd, Karen emails me again and has asked me to review a flower bun crown instead of a full flower crown (money saving reasons, of course) in which I accepted.
Anyway, aside from all that, I want to reiterate that this is a sponsored review! However, it’s still unbiased due to this being my first review over a flower (bun) crown. On to the actual review~
Packaging
The crown came to me in a standard bubble wrap lined envelope, except it was in pink! Which is cute to me because I’ve never received things in a colored envelope. The flower crown was wrapped around chunks of tissue paper, possibly for more cushion, and gold streamers for decoration. I didn’t take a picture of it because it wasn’t that important but some of the flowers were misshapen due to shipping but they weren’t completely flat to the point that they weren’t fixable so that’s good
Package Contents
It came with a little thank you note.
This is the bun crown I chose to review  - Despite all of the crowns being extremely cute, the variety was limited (at that time) and I was hoping for a more darker selection of colors for fall (but hey! now they do have darker colored ones so go check that out). I chose this one because it was the darkest one that I liked and it would go with more of my clothing.
Stock Photo
My picture of the crown from above
As you can see, you can secure the crown by tying ribbon that’s attached to it; the ribbon is long enough for you to not struggle with tying it but not excessively long to the point where you’d have the tails of it dangling around your head.
Worn photos - And I’m sorry, I’m not actually wearing a bun, rather I’m wearing a messy… bow? My hair was wet and not complying so this was the best I can do.
I also apologize for the bright light in the second photo
Overall: Communication was very good when it came to exchanging information (ignoring the lack of communication for months). The shipping was good and the packaging was cute. The flower crown was not actually damaged, just one or two were slightly misshapen. When comparing stock photos and looking at the flower crown in real life, it looks exactly the same aside from how they appear different in size; the stock photo made the crown look bigger. The flowers did not visibly appear extremely cheap and were very realistic. The band or actual crown portion was not falling apart and was secured fairly well. The ribbon can easily be taken out from the crown but the chances of the ribbon untying itself and falling off the crown when it being worn is very slim. There’s not much else to say about it. It’s very lovely. >~< There’s a chance I might cave and actually get one of her dark colored flower crowns or a peach flower crown for a cosplay.
Anyway, that is my first review over DollDearShop and flower crowns in general so excuse my lack of knowledge on how to go about this review. You can get this crown here (I’m sure there’s limited stock/this is the only one because they’re all handmade). You should also check out the closet portion of her shop because she has some cute secondhand clothing!  You can also follow the owner if you have similar taste because her blog is lovely.

[SPONSORED] PLUS CUTIE REVIEW: Seifuku Top + "Fight Like a Girl" Shirt

Hello, everybody! Recently, I’ve been sponsored some cute clothes to review from Plus Cutie, which is an online plus size kawaii / Asian fashion store. Remember that this isn’t just a store for plus sized people, it can also be for those who aren’t considered plus size but can’t fit into standard Asian sizes. Also you can get these items, and more, at a discounted price if you spend more than $30 and use the code “ rinihime “.
Review below the cut~
On August 10th, I was contacted again by Meko, a Spreepicky / Plus Cutie employee about the sponsorship again. As seen on the picture above, I chose to review a seifuku (sailor / school uniform) top and a tshirt. Now I will warn you I try to be as thorough as possible with my reviews so if you don’t wanna see a long review, skip to the bottom for a basic run down and worn photos. On to the review~
Packaging and shipping:
image
I really hope I covered my address correctly this time because I always seem to fail at that
The day I was offered, I immediately ordered the items because I knew exactly what I wanted. My order was confirmed really fast and on August 12th, the package was shipped out. It didn’t arrive to the address I provided (for the time being I’m using my grandmother’s)until August 18th, which was the same day I picked it up. Now my excuse for not reviewing these items immediately was because I needed my phone and battery replaced before I can take pictures so I’m so sorry. ;~;
In short, shipping took only six days (I’ve always had fast shipping from PC). The packaging was very safe, the envelope your items come in is lined with bubble wrap on the inside and nothing could possibly be damaged during shipment.
Package contents:
image
The items come neatly folded in plastic bags - these are the new design of plastic bags. oh and it was folded a lot neater than pictured but I took the contents out before the review i am sorry. They are also so kind enough to give you a hand written note in a clear envelope.
Inside the envelope:
image
They give you their business card and a little gift! in the past I have received jewelry as my gift so I was so excited when I got their magical girl mascot keychain as a gift (it’s something I’ve been wanting for a while).

Oh and I now use it as a phone charm and now my cute phone case is even cuter

The seifuku top:

And I wanted to show this part of the collar because your collar may need to be ironed down (just as the rest of the shirt) due to the wrinkles it gets from shipment
image
This seifuku top is available in four sizes (L - 4XL) but only one color (baby pink). I received this shirt in the biggest size (4XL), despite how long the shirt is on me, because I wanted to make sure it was comfortable around the bust area AND arms.
4XL Measurements: Shoulder length:50 cm/19.69”; Bust:130 cm/51.18”; Waist: 114 cm/44.88”; Top length: 78 cm/30.71”
So my first impressions of this shirt were 1) this shirt is cute 2) at first glance, I know it’ll fit me 3) the pink is a lot lighter/pastel than in the stock photos. In fact, the pink is on the verge of being a little peach. When they said baby pink I thought they meant pastel pink. It was unexpected but it was actually a good thing. I love peachy looking pinks. *~* The shirt is made of stretchy material - aside from the arm cuffs and collar and it’s very comfortable. It does tend to hug your every curve so depending on how you are, you might like that. I’m in between when it comes to shirts that hug your skin but this one is actually very nice but I know some plus sized individuals don’t like this feature so if you mind the tightness, get a size up.
By the way, you can get the matching seifuku skirt here. If you buy the shirt + skirt, you can use the code rinihime for 10% off.
Also, there will most likely be more colors coming soon but for this to happen you must show support to Plus Cutie because they’re working really hard to make more seifukus in multiple colors happen! Right now they’re offering a pre-order $10 deposit (for each piece) for PLUS SIZED GALAXY SEIFUKUS. So check out the shirt and skirt and read the terms before pre-ordering. They need at least 20 people pre-ordering for these seifukus to go into production!
Now with that rambling aside, on to the next item!

Even more of a close up of the design (to show there might be some slight printing errors and lines and such because this is an original tshirt)

Some few random loose stitches at the very bottom of the shirt (which isn’t as a big of a problem to me because I really don’t care but others do)

This shirt comes in four sizes (M - 3XL) and two colors (pink tee or white tee - same design). The artwork is by the lovely fetsu-chan who allowed Spreepicky / Plus Cutie to use the art for this shirt. I got size 3XL but I’m unsure if it’s in women’s or men’s because their list of sizes wasn’t the same then as it is listed now. x.x But let’s say it’s women’s because it does seem like a slim fit. Also, I can’t really provide the measurements for this shirt because it isn’t stated on the listing, sorry!
The shirt fits perfectly - not too tight or too lose. It does fit longer than how I wear my shirts but it’s perfectly fine! I really love the design and I’ve been wanting this shirt since BEFORE it officially became a shirt (I literally said “THIS ART SHOULD BE ON A SHIRT” and it happened eventually).
A basic run down:
Shipping/Postage: 10/10 -  I always get my package on time when ordering from Spreepicky / Plus Cutie. Even when I wasn’t sponsored and was just an ordinary customer, my package took less than ten days to get to me!
Communication: 10/10 -  I didn’t have any questions this time but they’re always so nice and helpful so there’s never an issue with communication!
Product/quality: 10/10 -  It’s really hard to displease me so the simple lines in the tshirt printing and only two loose stitches don’t turn me off from these products and store. Both of the shirts are so soft and so cuddly and are comfortable enough to wear both to sleep if I wanted to.
Overall: 10/10 -  I am never not satisfied with Plus Cutie. Their service is amazing and they have the cutest products on their store! I hope to purchase the matching seifuku skirt whenever I save up for it and the new galaxy one.
Finally, some worn photos~

The black bubble skirt in the pictures are also from Plus Cutie! Remember you can get all these items at a discounted price, shall your order exceed $30, if you use the code rinihime for 10% off. Plus Cutie has free international shipping so you don’t have to worry about those extra fees.
Anyway, that is my review. Make sure you check out Plus Cutie and show them support.<3
